Army ROTC scholarships also provide a subsistence allowance for each school year that the scholarship is in effect. WebROTC requires 4 years if no scholarship, 5 years with scholarship, and academy requires 5 years. This is active duty requirements. There's an inactive reserve requirement of 3-4 years added on to this. Gaining rank and PCSing also require service commitments of 1 or 2 years.
