Hi dfallow, Simplest and quickest solution would be to have one curtain wall with the 90° mullion and another overlaid with the 81° mullion where the first one's spacing is 2x where x is the mullion to mullion spacing and the second one is also at 2x but offset by x. 81° mullion is made as rotated in its profile.
