WebJoseph, I'm not sure if you're familiar with Ikea cabinets, but the question is about how to attach it to the wall. Without the mounting rail/brackets, it is freestanding and would be a tipping hazard. One option would be to enlarge the cutouts on the back of the cabinet, move the mounting brackets lower, and mount the rail at the new lower height.
