The medallion has a reference to a safe combination in the canyon of titan. There was a user a while back who reported keeping him alive until end game with no additional results. WebbProvost was the man. He’s got your back and only speaks Latin the whole time. Once he finds his people he does take off though but that’s fine. He should leave you with something nice but the owl coin is the thing that initializes this quest. I wish I had kept him around till the end since I had him till the end in wasteland 2 as well.
