We are aware that the Razer Kraken headphone mics do not work, it is caused by a bug in Unity (the engine we use) Unity have fixed the bug, but we are waiting for them to release it to us (expected sometime in April) In the meantime, this may or may not help: WebRazer headset mic not getting detected. My headset always works, but the mic doesnt. It used to work perfectly and then gradually got worse until now I can use it if I reinstall synapse and then my laptop too. But it doesnt always work and only works until I turn my laptop off again. The mic does not get detected as plugged in even tho it is.
