WebI’ve been at it for a little while now, but I really don’t know when the time is right to move up in weight. I’m thinking more of the more isolated muscle lifts (bis, tris, shoulders). My current routine calls for 3 sets 5 reps for most compound workouts. I’m pretty much staying at weight until I can clear all of the reps on these. You have beginner lifts. You could probably add 100-150lbs on squat and dead alone just by soemthing like starting strength.
